Theodora Salti is a doctoral candidate at the University of Lapland’s Faculty of Art and Design, where she previously completed her internship as a research assistant.

She holds a master’s degree in educational research from the University of Gothenburg. She is trained as a preschool teacher, drama educator, atelierista, and pedagogista, with further training in theater (directing, set design, acting), film, and photography. Additionally, she is an author of both academic and pedagogical literature.

Since 2014, Theodora Salti has been working as an active educator in the field of early childhood education and has conducted workshops for early childhood and primary school teachers on the use of pedagogical environments, arts-based and interdisciplinary teaching methods, project-based learning, and systematic quality work.

This website contains her own thoughts, reflections, working experience and research. Children of the Arts World is open to collaboration opportunities in research and arts-based projects. Theodora also offers lectures, presentations, and workshops for educational organizations, universities, and cultural institutions such as theaters, museums, and more.
